As a Partner and Wealth Advisor at McKell Partners, Adam advises high net worth individuals/families and corporations across the country in the initial development and ongoing management of their planning. He often plays a primary role in the overall financial management of a family's estate or organization's balance sheet and has significant experience in tax strategy, estate planning, wealth transfer planning, risk management, retirement and cash flow planning as well as investment management.


Adam started his career in New York City with Ernst & Young’s wealth & asset management practice providing audit & advisory services to large institutions and investment companies like private equity groups, hedge funds and mutual funds. He later led financial statement audit teams working closely with CFOs and Controllers of many publicly-traded and private entities across a variety of industries – primarily financial, technology and real estate. This experience supports Adam's ability to do holistic work as well as coordinate well with tax, legal and other professionals in a fiduciary capacity.


Adam is a fourth-generation professional in finance. He maintains his CPA designation, is Series 65 securities licensed and graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Accounting and second concentration in Chinese. Adam is an Eagle Scout and served as a full-time missionary for two years in Brooklyn, NY where he also became fluent in Cantonese Chinese.


Away from the office, Adam is an avid cyclist and enjoys anything in the water or mountains as well as spending time with his wife and three children.
